Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brighton Property Care LLC website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Brighton Property Care LLC provides general, non-structural handyman services and maintenance memberships. We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural work; for those we refer you to a licensed partner.

Estimates and project work

Larger or one-off projects are quoted separately and billed apart from memberships. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our own workmanship. Two periods apply, both starting on the date the work is completed:

• 90 days on handyman jobs and individual repairs.
• 1 year on larger contracting projects.

If workmanship covered by this warranty fails within the period, tell us and we will return and correct it at no charge for labor. Contact us at (980) 699-7852 or admin@brightonpropertycare.com while the period is still running.

This warranty does not cover:

• Materials, fixtures, or parts supplied by you. Those carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides, and we will help you make that claim where we can.
• Normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse or accident.
• Work altered, repaired, or added to by someone else after we finished.
• Pre-existing conditions we identified and told you about, and problems caused by the underlying structure or by another trade’s work.
• Damage from water intrusion, pests, weather events, or the failure of equipment we did not install.

This is the only warranty we give. To the extent permitted by law, it replaces any implied warranties, and our obligation is limited to correcting the workmanship as described above.

Payments

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges according to the plan and billing period you select until you cancel. See our Membership Terms for details.

Liability

Brighton Property Care LLC carries insurance for the work we perform. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
