These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brighton Property Care LLC website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Brighton Property Care LLC provides general, non-structural handyman services and maintenance memberships. We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural work; for those we refer you to a licensed partner.

Estimates and project work

Larger or one-off projects are quoted separately and billed apart from memberships. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

Payments

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges according to the plan and billing period you select until you cancel. See our Membership Terms for details.

Liability

Brighton Property Care LLC carries insurance for the work we perform. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
