Membership FAQ

Questions about plans

What counts as a membership visit?

A scheduled visit where we work through your list of small, non-structural handyman tasks — painting touch-ups, mounting, minor repairs, caulking, fixture swaps, and similar — up to the hours included in your plan.

How does scheduling work?

After you join, we reach out to book your first visit. Members get priority over one-off calls, and higher tiers get top priority. You'll always know who's coming and when.

Do unused visits roll over?

Visits are meant to be used within your plan year and don't roll over, so it's best to book them as your to-do list grows.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from your account at any time and stay active through the current billing period. See Membership Terms for details.

How is pricing handled for bigger projects?

Larger or specialized projects are quoted up front and billed separately from your membership. Your membership tier's discount is applied, and many projects are surfaced during a routine visit.
