• To deliver and manage your membership and schedule visits.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery and our text message provider), and when required by law.

Text messages

If you tick the box to get texts on one of our forms, or ask us to text you, Brighton Property Care LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you gave us. Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or buying a service.

• What we text: appointment confirmations and reminders, a heads-up when we are on our way, estimates, change orders, invoices and payment reminders, membership updates, sign-in codes, replies to your messages, and a thank-you after a visit.
• How often: message frequency varies with your visits and estimates, usually a few messages per job.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You will get one message confirming it, and nothing more. Reply START to turn them back on.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (980) 699-7852 or admin@brightonpropertycare.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never sell or rent your mobile number, and we do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the provider that delivers our messages, so it can send them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations.
