How much does a handyman cost in Charlotte?
Most small jobs with Brighton Property Care LLC start at our $150 minimum, which covers roughly an hour and a half of work. Common jobs are priced flat: TV mounting from $175, a drywall patch from $175, a bathroom faucet swap $175, and a light fixture swap $115. You can price your own job instantly on this page.
Is this a real price or just a ballpark?
It's a real price for standard conditions — the same numbers we quote on site. If we arrive and find something different from what you described, we tell you and re-quote before we start any work. You never get a surprise on the invoice.
Do I have to pay to get a quote?
No. Estimates are always free, whether you use this instant quote tool or ask us to come out and look.
How long is my estimate good for?
14 days from the day you request it. We email you a copy with a reference number so you can come back to it.
What if my job isn't on the list?
Pick "Something else" under Other and describe it, or text us a photo. We'll price it and get back to you — usually within one business day.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. One-time jobs are welcome and always have been. Members save 10–20% on labor, but it's optional.
